Role Description – Big Picture

Work on growing relationships in the community, managing donation and event requests, organizing in house events, building our catering business and helping create marketing assets to support various marketing positions.

The marketing coordinator will also work on social media content creation and publishing. 


Core Responsibilities:

The Marketing Coordinator (MC) is responsible for building and maintaining business, community, and strategic partnerships, growing our catering business, and coordinating marketing initiatives:

  • Managing the marketing email box
  • Coordinating partnership and donation requests
  • Setting up and coordinating in-house marketing events or initiatives
  • Organizing and running ADP’s (alternative distribution points) outside the restaurant
  • Maximizing the impact or return on our monthly marketing giveaway/discount budget
  • Developing and executing an ongoing social media plan
  • Develop, present, and execute additional marketing ideas

Metrics:

  • The number of partnership opportunities we are executing monthly and the ROI
  • Execution of marketing campaigns and their ROI
  • Sales from ADPs
  • Sales from in-house events
  • Return on giveaways and strategic discounts
  • Social Media reach, and impressions
  • Overall execution and management of marketing initiatives and deliverables
  • Catering Sales
